At American Express Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance tech purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most electronics in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the electronic items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
